Hair Care Procedure
1. Wash your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.
2. Cool or warm water is recommended.
3. Use shampoo and hair brush gently.
4. Rinse thoroughly with hair conditioner and apply cream rinse or wet-look spray as desired.
5. Pat your hair with towel and brush it with a wide toothcomb.
6. Set and dry naturally.
7. Comb into desired style after hair is completely dry.
How to measure your head
1.The Circumference of the Head:Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
2.From Forehead to Nape of Neck:Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck. Note: Place the tape measure about 1/2 inch in front of your hairline in the front of forehead while taking the measure to the back of your Nape (neck) about 1/2 inch below your hairline in the back. Keep in mind that your cap is glued to the outside perimeter of your natural hairline on your skin.
3.Ear to Ear Across Front Hairline:At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
4.From Ear to Ear Over Top of Head:Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
5.From temple to temple across the back of head. Note:Place the tape measure about 1/2 inch in front of your hairline at the temple to temple point on each side of your head. Keep in mind that your cap is glued to the outside perimeter of your natural hairline in this area as well
6.Nape of neck:Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck

- How much hair is in each package?
Each package of Sa’Zay hair extensions contains between 105 and 165 grams of hair, depending on the length and thickness selected. The average amount of hair per package equals 145 grams, enough to rival any head of natural hair!
- What color should I choose?
That depends on you, your natural hair color, and the look that you're going for.
- Will the extensions damage my hair?
No. Sa’Zay Hair extensions are all designed for repeated, temporary use. That means that they cause relatively little strain to your hair. As long as you install and remove them correctly and carefully, your natural hair should be in tip-top shape, before and after.
- What can I do with my hair once the extensions are in?
The same things you can do with your own hair, for the most part. You can style your extensions with heating tools (remember to use a heat protectant), creams and serums, and hairspray. As long as you clean and clarify the hair every once in a while to prevent buildup, your extensions should last a long time.
- Can I color my hair extensions?
Yes! We recommend using a semi or demi-permanent hair color, depositing color, but never lifting it. Try to keep it within two shades of the hair's original color, and always do a strand test, first. Otherwise you might wind up with an unwelcome surprise.
Keep in mind, we are unable to refund or replace hair extensions that have been removed from their packaging, colored, or altered in any way. Should you want to test out a color, use the sample strand!- How do I wash the extensions, and how frequently should I do it?
Great question! We've created a video demonstrating just how to go about washing your Sa’Zay extensions. But, to paraphrase: wash your Sa’Zay extensions in lukewarm water, working the shampoo into the hair with your hands. Avoid getting any product near the weft, where the extensions are sewn together, as this can cause buildup and/or shedding. Apply a professional quality conditioner and allow it to be absorbed into the hair, then rinse with cold, cold water. Lay the hair out on a towel to dry, patting it with a second towel from the tips to the hair closest to the weft. Let the hair air dry while brushing it with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb. We recommend that you wash your extensions as infrequently as possible, or no more than once a week. The less product you use in your hair, the less you will need to wash it
- How should I store the extensions when I'm not using them?
Sa’Zay Wholesale Center offers a specialty hanger designed specifically for storing hair extensions. . Store hair only when dry, spritzing a good leave-in conditioner beforehand.
- Where does the hair come from?
Sa’Zay Wholesale Center 100% Human hair comes from China And India, where women go to temples to donate their hair out of respect for their gods. The temples then sell the hair and use the money to improve their communities, funding orphanages, opening schools, and feeding the hungry. Every woman who donates her hair does so of her own free will.
- How long will it take for me to get my order?
Once we receive your order, we get to work right away on packing and making arrangements for your shipment. Even so, we recommend that you place your order at least 4 or 5 business days before your desired delivery date. That way you'll provide sufficient time for the carrier to complete the pickup and delivery process.

We're sorry things didn't work out between you and your hair extensions. You can return your extensions within 30 days so long as they have not been used and are still in their original packaging, or if the product has been deemed defective by Sa’Zay Hair Distribution within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns, though exchanges for warehouse credit are free. To start your exchange or return, call customer service at 1-864-350-7403, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
- My hair has grown out, and my extensions aren't long enough anymore. Can I exchange them?
We cannot exchange hair after 30 days of purchase, especially hair that has been used. You're always welcome to purchase a longer set of extensions, but we cannot reimburse, credit, or discount your purchase after 30 days of ownership and use. Keep your eyes open for deals around the site. There are plenty of them, and they may help you save some money on your next set.
Placing an Order
Here at Sa’Zay Whole Center, we strive to get your items to you as soon as possible. The moment we receive your order online or over the phone, we get to work packing and wrapping and making arrangements. Still, we highly recommend that you order your products at least a week before your event, outing, or other occasion, to allow sufficient time for delivery, inspection, and possible exchange.
Orders received before 4 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 4 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday-Friday and exclude holidays and weekends (see below). This means that if you place an order after 4 p.m. EST on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday. If that Monday is Labor Day, it will ship on Tuesday, etc.

Sa’Zay Wholesale Center supports international shipping, so feel free to order from abroad. But keep in mind: we are not responsible for customs duties or any other fees related to your specific country.
Tracking an Order
Soon after placing an order, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package as it is delivered to you.
Take note: USPS First Class Mail does not offer tracking numbers. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any lost or damaged package when choosing this shipping option. USPS also cannot guarantee an exact delivery date on its shipments. If you want to guarantee delivery, select FedEx. Sa’Zay Wholesale Center cannot file claims against USPS Shipments; it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with USPS at their local facility, if necessary.
Products Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers. There are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested, due to environmental or organizational circumstances. Sa’Zay Wholesale Center cannot be held liable for lost, late, or damaged packages, and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages. But we will do as much as we can to make sure your order arrives on time and undamaged.
What should I do if my product is lost or damaged?
Please call and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim with the respective carrier. This usually takes 7 to 10 days to resolve. In the meantime, if you wish, another order can be placed and shipped. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of store credit or a refund.
Changing an Order
Like we said, as soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. We ship orders out at 4 p.m. EST every weekday (excluding holidays).
If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 1- as soon as possible on the day you ordered, or the soonest weekday after ordering. While we are unable to guarantee changes to orders, we will do our best to make the changes before the order ships
Returns
Can I return my product?
You can return your product, but only if the following is true:
The product was purchased within the last 30 days, is in its original packaging and resellable as new,
and has never been removed from the packaging, applied, worn, or colored.
orThe product is deemed to be defective by Sa’Zay Wholesale Center within 30 days of purchase.
If you want to return a product, follow the steps below:
How to return a product:
- 1. Call us at 1-864-350-7403. We are available Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST. Our customer service representatives will help you get the return process started.
- 2. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
- 3. Send the package with the materials back to Sa’Zay Wholesale Center. Include the RMA number, your name, address, and phone number with the shipment.
- 4. Let us know the tracking number of the package you are sending back by calling Customer Service (1-9)
- 5. Once we receive the products, we will process the return/exchange within 2-3 business days.
Take note:
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions. The product must be in its original condition and sellable as new.
Because of sanitation and safety concerns, we are unable to accept hair that has been worn, colored, chemically treated, or used in any way.
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from Sa’Zay Wholesale Center, as well as the 15% restocking fee. We do not charge a 15% restocking fee to exchange an item. The only time we charge a 15% restocking fee is if you are returning the item for a refund.
Unless Sa’Zay Wholesale Center made the shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.
If you return a product without an RMA number, we may not be able to process your return.
Sa’Zay Wholesale Center will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, we will ship a replacement product at our expense.

Here at Sa’Zay Wholesale Cente, we understand that you love your hair and don't want to be without it. After all, that special extension-worthy event may be just around the corner, and the return and exchanges process may take up to 2 weeks.
In order to get you the products you need right away, we allow you to repurchase the correct products so that they can ship immediately to you. It will still be your responsibility to get an RMA number and ship the product you'd like to exchange back to us. Once we receive the product back to our warehouse we will credit your account in full, or, if you require a refund, it will be processed at that time
